Texas Elementary Benchmarking
The Study Island Benchmarking Program for elementary schools enables teachers to get a snapshot of student proficiencies in relation to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS).
- At any time throughout the year teachers can assess students with one of four benchmarking tests developed specifically from the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS)
- Benchmark tests are accessible anytime, anywhere with an internet connection and are integrated into the Texas Study Island program for elementary schools
- Comprehensive reporting is broken up by Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and guides future instruction
The benchmarking program is developed specifically from the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) to be an accurate predictor of performance on the STAAR.
