We receive and store the information you enter on our website. When you send email inquiries to Study Island, we use the return email address to answer the email inquiry. If you receive any email correspondence from us that you would rather not receive, simply follow the "unsubscribe" instructions included in the email.
To subscribe to our products online, you will be required to enter a credit card number and billing information. When you enter this information, it will be securely encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

Study Island does not require you to enter personally identifiable information to use our products. You are required only to enter a username and password (which you create yourself), and your grade level in school. You also have the option of entering your full name, school attended, email address, and state of residence; however, this information is not required. If you are under age 13, please register anonymously by just providing a username and password. We encourage you to make up your username, rather than using your real name.
Does Study Island provide personal information to any third parties?
If you are concerned about how information collected from you or your child is being used, please contact us. Upon proper identification, parents or guardians of children under age 13 may review the personal information we have collected about their child, ask to have it deleted, and refuse to allow any further collection or use of the information.
